A licensed civil engineer with expertise in project- management and a strong background in commercial and residential development with full-accountability for multi-million-dollar budget Ian has 20 years of quality-driven experience in developing and implementing major construction projects involving extensive integration with a keen sense of problem-solving and analytical reasoning. An accomplished and detail-oriented individual with over 20 years of expertise in project management and a proven record in commercial and residential development.
Rolanda Epstein is a Real Estate Development Consultant specificizing in South Florida and the Caribbean. Her initial specialty was whole- sale commercial real estate, Rolanda mentors and teaches how to invest in commercial real estate.
