Inter-Trade Connection Caribe

Inter-Trade Connection Caribe offers Real Estate Development Consultation, Probate Real Estate Sales, Staging and Decluttering Services, Construction Procurement Services and Media Marketing Representation.

Rolanda Epstein created the unique concept of Real Estate Consultation back in 2001. She merged her background experience in media with Real Estate Sales specifically focusing on Development. Over the last 19 years the real estate market has experienced many changes and because of these variations Inter-Trade Connection Caribe have connected and created partnerships with credible and well qualified vendors that help make our development projects a success.

The home base for Inter-Trade CC is  South Florida, however we have locations in The Bahamas and Turks & Caicos.

At Inter-Trade Connection Caribe we recognize that in order for a transaction to be successful it must start with a high degree of professional management, strategic planning, and comprehensive, in-depth analysis, based on factual research.

We take a more intensive analytical approach when assisting companies through there development process.
